To offer support in a clear, simple, and practical manner, we have curated resources designed to be accessed at your own pace when you feel ready and able to absorb the information in a way that is most meaningful to you.

Our resources are created with the intention of providing gentle guidance and comfort as you navigate through this journey of grieving and remembrance.

We acknowledge that each individual’s experience is unique, and we strive to create a safe space where you can find solace and understanding. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Mental Health and Support Services

There are many local services that can provide support. Below are just a few of the many services available that families may find helpful.

General Practitioner (GP) – General Practitioners are able to assist with creating a Mental Health Treatment plan, which can enable patients to be referred to a Psychologist for free or subsidised sessions. Talk with your GP about how they can support you and what local services they may be aware of that could assist you.
